Vitamins and minerals, as well as a regular exercise will help you sleep better at night. Along with these two important aspects is diet. What you eat–and when you eat–play a big role in how you sleep.
• Diet
When your health is good, your overall outlook on life is vastly improved. Your body works well and feels well. You can maintain a heavy, strict schedule without becoming overly exhausted. Your energy levels are high. Your mood is positive and upbeat. So many factors are affected by a properly maintained diet, along with a dose of exercise. While diet and exercise are far from being the cure all for every ailment nor an absolute guarantee of perfectly slept nights, but your chances for health problems and sleep issues is greatly lowered. It almost seems too obvious to point out that you should stay away from stimulants as the day is closing down. However, it is often easy to forget that some of our favorite foods or activities are really ramping our brain up, rather than calming it down before bed. It is wise to note various types of stimulants and be sure to move them to different areas of the day rather than right before it is time to sleep.
• Common stimulants

Along with the adequate vitamins and mineral, as well as a proper diet, exercise is also key to good sleep at night.
• Exercise
Exercise is an activity which many people try to shove off to the side and claim they do not have time for. They are up early for work and spend a day at a desk. By the time they get home, get the kids fed, and the house in some semblance of order, the last thing they want to do is motivate themselves to exercise.
